Enable the FTP Server on the panel. Connect to the panel with an FTP client and go to the directory '/Built-in Flash/root' Upload your HTML source files to this directory. The file 'index.html' will be the entry point for the web site.

NOTES: The panel does not support CGI programming. All source is for client side execution. To access screen captures use <IMG src=/screenNum.jpg> where screenNum is the number of the screen to be displayed. When you connect to the panel, you should see the source files for this and the other pages.
